Key Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas according to company standards
• Make sure rooms are fully stocked with clean linens, bedding, towels, soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
• Follow all hotel safety and security procedures
• Stay familiar with the property, staff, services, service hours, and nearby surroundings such as malls and restaurants
• Report guest items left behind by following the property’s lost-and-found process
• Handle other related tasks as needed

Education and Background

A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to consistently meet or exceed guest expectations
• Understanding of housekeeping and cleanliness standards

Hiring Process

The selection process may include a phone interview, one or more manager interviews, a drug screening, background verification, reference checks, and possibly an employment assessment.

Additional Information

The pay rate for this position is $14.00 per hour.
