What You Will Do

The Room Utility role focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept hotel environment. You will help preserve quality standards in public spaces, support guest room cleanliness, and handle service requests as needed.

• Keep hotel public areas clean and orderly, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and similar spaces
• Clean bathrooms, dust surfaces and decor, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Remove soiled linen from carts and dispose of trash properly
• Clear spots, insects, and debris while polishing fixtures and cleaning ashtrays
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms and assist with room cleaning when needed
• Complete any other duties assigned by management

Education and Experience

• High school education is required at minimum; education beyond high school is preferred
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience is required
