What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas according to company standards.
- Replace used linens, bedding, and towels with fresh supplies.
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures consistently.
- Stay informed about the hotel, its staff, services, operating hours, and nearby surroundings such as shopping and dining options.
- Restock in-room amenities such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
- Recognize guest belongings that have been left behind and follow the property’s lost-and-found process.
- Handle additional related tasks as assigned.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
