What You'll Do

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas according to company standards.
  • Replace used linens, bedding, and towels with fresh supplies.
  • Follow all hotel safety and security procedures consistently.
  • Stay informed about the hotel, its staff, services, operating hours, and nearby surroundings such as shopping and dining options.
  • Restock in-room amenities such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
  • Recognize guest belongings that have been left behind and follow the property’s lost-and-found process.
  • Handle additional related tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
