Key Responsibilities

• Begin and end your shifts at home, with payment starting the moment you enter your van and continuing until you return.
• Operate independently across diverse locations, facing varying circumstances, while remaining connected to and supported by your team.
• Utilize your technical expertise and clear communication skills to create a positive experience for members.
• Diagnose and resolve a broad range of vehicle issues on the spot, maintaining a calm and professional approach.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold an NVQ3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or possess equivalent certifications along with relevant work experience.
• Maintain a full UK category B driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies provided by the employer.
• Be willing and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays due to the unpredictable nature of breakdowns.
