Key Responsibilities

• Work starts and ends from your own driveway, with paid time including your journey in your vehicle.
• Operate independently in various locations and challenging weather conditions while remaining connected to a supportive team.
• Utilize your technical expertise and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of roadside problems using your mechanical skills and calm demeanor.

Requirements

• Possess a NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or hold similar qualifications accompanied by relevant experience.
• Hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate readiness to learn and adapt to new technologies provided by the company.
• Be flexible to work various shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
