The MENA Reverse Logistics team is seeking flexible, innovative, and high-potential professionals who can help strengthen operations across multiple sites.
Role Overview
As a Channel Team Leader in Reverse Logistics Operations, you will oversee multiple sites from both operations and compliance perspectives. The role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure launches happen on time and operational targets are achieved. You will need a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and the ability to spot patterns, diagnose disruptions, and interpret data with precision.
What You Will Do
- Assess transportation-operations challenges quickly, identify what is working well and what needs improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
- Translate business needs into process understanding, workflow analysis, solution design, and functional specifications.
- Use data to build and share performance metrics, executive-level updates, forecasts, budgets, and analyses that improve customer experience.
- Stay current on evolving industry practices and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Create, test, and launch large-scale programs that improve performance, reduce return cycle times, enhance delivery experience, strengthen financial auditing, and identify alternative delivery options.
- Track program performance each day and prepare action plans to meet targets.
- Support ramp-ups and scouting activities.
- Handle vendor management responsibilities.
- Prepare daily performance summaries.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English.
- A bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in an operational role.
