Job description

Role overview

Amazon’s Worldwide Stores organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors on the Selling Partner Experience team in Seattle, Washington. This position is part of a global, fast-moving, and expanding environment where confidentiality, polish, and strong coordination are essential.

What the role involves

The executive assistant will provide senior-level administrative support, including managing demanding calendars, arranging meetings, and handling sensitive information with care. The role also serves as a key communication bridge between executives and internal or external stakeholders, while supporting correspondence, presentations, and call screening.

In addition, the position may include project coordination responsibilities such as tracking multiple initiatives, following up on action items, and keeping records and documentation well organized. The role calls for excellent attention to detail, strong judgment, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to manage several priorities at once.

Day-to-day work

A typical day may begin by reviewing emails and calendar changes early in the morning to account for different time zones. The EA will then align with the executives on priorities and urgent matters, and may contribute to initiatives such as event planning, space coordination, and work-back planning.

Basic qualifications

  • At least 2 years of support experience at the senior leadership level, or at least 1 year of experience working at Amazon
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing calendars at the executive level

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in a fast-paced, technology-driven company
  • Experience handling several calendars at the same time

Equal opportunity and accommodations

Amazon states that it is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Candidates who need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application, interview, or onboarding process may seek support through Amazon’s accommodations process.
