Key duties
You will help achieve sales, service, and operational targets while improving the overall store experience. The role calls for identifying buying opportunities, educating customers on products, and matching solutions to customer needs.
You will also build rapport with shoppers, listen carefully, handle objections, and reinforce the value of Spectrum’s offerings. In addition, you’ll keep up with product details, pricing, promotions, visual presentation standards, and loss prevention practices.
A major part of the job is maintaining a clean, friendly, and organized store environment, communicating effectively, following company policies, resolving issues, and taking part in training.

Strong familiarity with personal technology, mobile devices, video platforms, and common computer applications is expected. Basic math ability is needed, along with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
The ideal candidate can juggle multiple priorities, adapt to change, and perform well in a goal-driven environment. You should work effectively as part of a fast-moving team and communicate well with customers and coworkers in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills, a self-driven attitude, competitive energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are important for success in this role.
Preferred experience
Applicants with familiarity with current technology and devices are preferred. Prior experience of 1 to 5 years in sales or customer service is also desired, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in telecommunications or wireless.
