The role sits within a team committed to dependable, high-quality service for a diverse client base.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager position based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The role is responsible for shaping, delivering, and improving marketing activity that supports Spectrum’s logistics and print management offerings. The position calls for a practical, results-driven marketer who can work across channels, support brand growth, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
What You'll Do
You will plan and run marketing initiatives that align with business goals, manage a mix of digital and traditional channels, and produce content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. The role also involves reviewing campaign data, measuring performance, preparing reports, and using insights to improve future activity. You will work with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure marketing plans support wider business priorities, while also coordinating with external agencies or suppliers when required. Brand development and event support are also part of the remit.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing management, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services. Strong capability in digital marketing is important, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates. You should be able to build and deliver marketing plans and budgets, interpret performance data, and use it to optimise results. Clear written and spoken communication is essential, along with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Experience with brand work, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration is valued. Good organisation, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are also important. Comfort working on-site in a busy environment is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable. Familiarity with CRM platforms, email tools, and analytics software would be an advantage.
Additional Information
