About the role
Wren Kitchens is hiring a Retail Sales Designer for its Kidderminster showroom. In this customer-facing position, you will welcome visitors, create inspiring kitchen and bedroom layouts, and manage the full customer experience from first contact through to final order.
Prior kitchen or bedroom design experience is not required. The company is looking for someone who is energetic, goal-focused, and able to take a proactive approach to sales.
This role is based on 40 hours per week and includes a basic salary of £26,440, plus uncapped commission with an on-target earnings figure of £50,000.

Main responsibilities
- Create imaginative kitchen and bedroom designs that help turn enquiries into sales
- Present related products and services, including finance options and installation
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Deliver an excellent end-to-end experience for every customer
- Keep the order bank accurate and current while staying in regular contact with customers

As part of your duties, you will need to follow all health and safety policies and the procedures set out in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About you
