- Comprehensive product, systems, and sales training, including one week of residential training at the Academy in Barton-upon-Humber
- No cap on commission earnings
- Commission continues to be paid while on annual leave

Key responsibilities

- Recommend extra products and services, including finance options and installation
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly
- Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience from beginning to end
- Keep the order bank accurate and current while maintaining regular contact with customers
About you
You should bring a proactive, target-oriented attitude. Previous retail experience in a role focused on sales targets is helpful, though design experience in kitchens or bedrooms is not required. A creative eye, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are important. You also need to be available for shifts that may include evenings and weekends.
Additional requirements
Successful applicants will need to complete a basic criminal record check through the Disclosure & Barring Service before employment is confirmed. A criminal record will not automatically rule out a candidate; each case will be considered individually based on the nature of the offence and its relevance to the role.
