Role overview
SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Bellingham, WA. This position is focused on improving in-store shopping experiences by supporting retail merchandising execution and helping stores and suppliers make the most of sales opportunities. You will be part of a large network of teammates serving thousands of brands and retail customers across many countries, with room to learn, grow, and advance.
What you will do
In this role, you will provide hands-on merchandising support inside retail stores. Your work will include setting up displays and end caps, resetting shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also assist leadership by preparing reports, helping with training, managing schedules, and welcoming new team members.
Working arrangement
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Bellingham, WA.
- No night shifts, weekend shifts, or holiday shifts are required.
- Additional hours may be offered if needed.
Pay and benefits
- Hourly pay is $17.28.
- Training and team support are provided, even if you do not have prior experience.

- You must be able to use a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are expected.
- You should be self-motivated, action-oriented, and able to build effective team relationships.
