The business operates in over 50 countries and employs more than 10,000 people worldwide.
The International Distributor Markets (IDM) unit in Dubai is hiring a Retail Manager to strengthen and improve the offline retail journey across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa through its distributor network.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for guiding store execution, expanding retail channels, and improving commercial performance while ensuring that every store delivers a premium Havaianas brand experience.
Retail Execution
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all retail locations.
- Roll out global retail standards covering store layout, visual merchandising, team training, uniforms, packaging, and in-store messaging.
- Promote operational discipline and execution quality across the entire store network.
Channel Expansion and Commercial Performance
- Create market-specific growth plans for retail formats such as flagship stores, lifestyle stores, kiosks, and standard outlets.
- Evaluate new store opportunities using commercial analysis such as CAPEX, cash flow, IRR, and payback calculations.
- Partner with distributors to assess and launch retail expansions that can generate profitable growth.
Performance and Business Analysis
- Build annual joint business plans with distributors and support delivery against agreed targets.
- Track store performance against financial plans and initiate corrective measures when needed.
- Review retail KPIs, merchandising outcomes, and overall trading effectiveness to identify improvement areas.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main coordination point between distributors and internal teams.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Commercial functions to keep plans aligned and execution on track.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings substantial offline retail experience, preferably from global lifestyle or fashion brands, along with a strong grasp of retail operations, P&L management, and commercial performance. The role also calls for advanced Excel and MS Office capability, strong data interpretation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Candidates should demonstrate a detail-oriented, ownership-driven mindset and a genuine passion for retail, brand execution, and customer experience. Preference is given to applicants already based in the UAE.
