Role overview

Hilton is hiring a Restaurant Manager for its hotel dining outlet in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will oversee the everyday running of the restaurant while helping create memorable guest experiences and upholding the brand’s hospitality standards.

What you will do

  • Oversee outlet operations each day, including guest service quality, product standards, stock management, cost control, profitability, marketing activities, budgeting, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Track service and food quality, measure guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and look for ways to continuously enhance the dining experience.
  • Guide, coach, and support team members; manage appraisals, encourage professional growth, and recognize strong performance to build a motivated and effective team.
  • Support sales and revenue improvement through creative marketing plans, upselling, and promotional efforts aimed at increasing food and beverage performance.
  • Handle hiring activities, participate in interviews, and train new team members so service expectations and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure the restaurant follows health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness rules to protect guests and team members.
