Role Overview
Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a Reservations Agent to handle guest bookings and support a smooth pre-arrival experience. The role is based in Dublin and focuses on making sure each reservation is managed accurately, professionally, and with a high standard of service.
What the Role Involves
- Handle guest reservations and make sure booking requests are met to a very high standard.
- Share information about hotel facilities and room rates clearly and accurately.
- Suggest and promote other hotel services or properties within the group when appropriate.
- Set clear expectations for guests ahead of their stay so their experience begins well before arrival.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Strong customer service abilities.
- The confidence to work on your own and take initiative when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work any day from Monday through Sunday based on business requirements.
