The company provides complete import-export support for consumer goods, industrial supplies, and retail products, with a strong focus on dependable service, prompt communication, order monitoring, and coordination with vendors in a busy, high-volume environment.

Role Overview

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing questions about order progress, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Record and refresh customer details, order information, and service requests in the CRM system accurately and without delay.
• Refer complicated cases to supervisors or the appropriate team while keeping clear notes and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Share product details, pricing information, and promotional updates with customers according to company scripts and policies.
• Work closely with logistics and sales colleagues to ensure customer requests are handed over smoothly and orders are completed efficiently.
• Achieve daily performance targets for call volume, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with call center dialer systems.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer handling.
• Good time management and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Background

• Prior exposure to logistics or trading environments.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic.
• Awareness of UAE customs processes and delivery workflows.
