Role overview

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to support breakfast operations in a hotel environment. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and is focused on delivering consistently warm, efficient service to guests.

What you will do

  • Run the breakfast food and beverage service in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure the breakfast area is prepared on time and remains properly maintained throughout service.
  • Keep all food and beverage spaces clean, organised, and presentable.
  • Adjust heating, lighting, and music or television settings to create a comfortable guest environment.
  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and efficient service to hotel guests at all times.
  • Increase revenue by using effective upselling techniques.
  • Complete daily SOP checklists to support training and consistency standards.
  • Carry out daily and weekly cleaning checklists to maintain strong hygiene standards.

What you need

  • Experience in a hotel, ideally a 3- or 4-star property, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior work in a busy, high-pressure, fast-moving setting.
  • Strong spoken English and solid communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Micros would be an advantage.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A hardworking and committed attitude toward the role.
