Role Overview

The company is hiring a Reservation Executive to support the reservations function and help deliver a smooth, guest-focused booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service that supports guest satisfaction, repeat business, and better booking conversion.
  • Keep reservation workflows organized and ensure guest bookings are tracked through to completion.
  • Provide a polished booking experience through both telephone and email communication.
  • Manage reservation-related sales and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Profile Sought

  • Strong interest in customer-focused sales work.
  • Prior experience in reservations and exposure to hospitality is preferred.
  • Genuine enjoyment in speaking with and assisting guests.
  • Good interpersonal abilities and clear communication.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
