Key challenges

• Create strong recall for BSLAMC schemes in a distributor market with many competing product options.
• Stay continuously updated on distributor activity, market movements, and rapidly changing business conditions.
• Resolve investor service issues quickly and ensure a short turnaround time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive repeat sales from assigned relationships and contribute to regional business targets.
• Study market inputs to identify potential clients, make direct sales pitches, and work with channel partners to improve sales performance.
• Maintain regular contact and meetings with distributors to support engagement and empanelment efforts.
• Follow internal reporting and audit processes with complete compliance.
• Share weekly updates with Regional Heads and Channel Heads.
