Job description

Role overview

This position sits within the APAC region and focuses on marketing for digital tech ops solutions. The role is designed to strengthen business growth through market intelligence, competitor analysis, and well-structured marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives.

What you will do

  • Own and coordinate regional marketing activity for the assigned products and services across APAC.
  • Build detailed market assessments covering both competitors and current/future market conditions, then turn those insights into practical support for the relevant business lines.
  • Contribute to go-to-market execution, including sales enablement material and training for the sales force.
  • Share regional input that helps shape pricing decisions for the assigned portfolio.
  • Run and maintain the customer feedback loop through market research, focus groups, entry-into-service activities, trial initiatives, and user forums.
  • Support the sales process with marketing input at every stage, including lead qualification, pursuit planning, customer presentations, demonstrations, meetings, and proposal/RFx responses.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing content for press releases, websites, blogs, social media, trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Present product capabilities clearly through brochures, demos, and presentations, while highlighting differentiators and value propositions.
  • Assist with customer experience activities through the internal operations control center.
  • Provide regional market and business insights to management teams and help identify opportunities and campaign ideas for the commercial organization.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Engineering or a comparable educational background/training.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital tech ops solutions.
  • Prior exposure to a major digital tech ops solutions provider or a major airline is preferred.
  • Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training or certifications is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while also working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort using enterprise software platforms and learning new systems quickly.
  • Ability to present product knowledge convincingly both internally and to customers.
  • Strong awareness of market trends in a fast-changing environment.
  • Clear understanding of product direction and priorities.
  • Strong presentation, written communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
  • Capability to learn and work with tools such as Salesforce, Qlik Sense, LoopIO, and Cirium.
