About the Role
Airbus International Services in Dublin is looking for a Commercial & Finance Coordinator to support a globally distributed team. The role sits within the Commercial function and helps keep day-to-day commercial, financial, and operational activities running smoothly for employees based across multiple countries.
Airbus is a major international company active in aeronautics, space, helicopters, and related services. Airbus International Services DAC is a wholly owned Airbus Helicopters subsidiary focused on coordinating external technical assistance for Airbus customers. Its management team is based in Dublin, while its workforce of around 100 people is spread across several jurisdictions worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Help prepare, issue, and monitor commercial proposals and amendments in line with pricing guidelines.
- Support procurement activity by posting GRs, creating POs, and completing related ad hoc tasks.
- Coordinate mission preparation, including assigning mission numbers, arranging travel, and managing expense systems.
- Assist the Commercial and Finance teams with invoicing, billing queries, reconciliations, and customer PO administration.
- Keep commercial and financial records accurate and up to date in internal systems and CRM tools.
- Provide daily support to Commercial Project Managers and the Finance team.
- Contribute to monthly pipeline forecasting and monitoring of cost targets.
Requirements
- A third-level business degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in an office administration environment.
- Strong command of Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Very high attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and records.
- Ability to coordinate across several internal teams and external providers.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership of work.
- Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving ability and a team-oriented mindset are important.
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage, though it is not essential.
