About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and driven Regional Manager to supervise and lead multiple fuel station operations within a specific geographical area. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, meeting business targets, improving customer satisfaction, building strong teams, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational and financial performance of all fuel stations in the region.
- Promote revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives aimed at process enhancement, digital innovation, and business expansion.
- Oversee and mentor station managers and operational staff across various sites.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies, HSE guidelines, and regulatory mandates.
- Control operational costs without compromising service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business collaborators.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through proactive service measures and effective complaint resolution.
- Create and execute regional strategies to boost customer experience.
- Track sales performance, profitability, and key operational metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain fuel availability and operational preparedness by coordinating with supply chain and maintenance teams.
- Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for senior leadership and recommend strategic improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least seven years of relevant experience in fuel retail, retail operations, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Minimum of three years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites or regions.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities managing sizable and diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills and adeptness in complex decision-making.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive understanding of HSE practices and fuel station regulatory compliance.
