Regional Director

Role Overview

The Regional Director post is a part-time position based in Dubai, combining on-site presence with remote working flexibility. The person in this role will manage regional operations, foster partnerships with football clubs, academies, and coaches, and identify new ways to broaden the network’s influence.

Key Duties

• Coordinate pathways for player and coach placements.
• Participate in significant sports industry events.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and sustain valuable relationships.
• Support strategic projects aimed at enhancing network reach and service quality.
• Collaborate with leadership for planning, progress reporting, and continual service improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Background in football or sports management, with insight into player development and coaching progressions.
• Proven expertise in building and managing relationships with clubs, academies, and sporting entities.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, project coordination, and handling multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, adept at professional representation in diverse environments.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly adapt to the Dubai and UAE sports markets.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model requiring both independent remote tasks and regular physical presence in Dubai.
• Experience in regional leadership or management is an advantage.
• Academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, communications, or a similar area, or equivalent work experience.
