Role overview

This position sits within the Regional Commercial & Business Development team and supports the way commercial performance is tracked and improved across SEAO. The role combines analysis, reporting, business insight, and coordination to help regional commercial leaders translate data into clear business direction.

You will contribute to regular performance cycles, regional initiatives, and leadership reviews by providing sharp analysis, practical recommendations, and well-prepared materials.

Core responsibilities

  • Track SEAO commercial results on a recurring basis and prepare analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help expand and refine the region’s performance monitoring tools and reporting setup.
  • Keep dashboards up to date, run diagnostics and analysis, and turn findings into forward-looking insights that support strategic priorities across markets.
  • Work with market commercial teams to prepare regional business performance reports that are relevant to each market.
  • Support regional commercial leaders with business review preparation, including presentation materials and other key outputs, while maintaining high quality in all stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of budget and latest estimate exercises across SEAO, including retail KPIs and client equations.
  • Remain a dependable partner for the team and other commercial stakeholders by anticipating information needs in advance.
  • Prepare and roll out business performance reports together with the Market Commercial Director and local commercial performance teams.
  • Support business updates, presentation creation, and daily performance communications.
  • Help plan and run regional performance community activities such as workshops, seminars, and regular meetings, while ensuring initiatives move forward.
  • Under regional leadership guidance, act as the main contact for assigned commercial projects and manage them end to end, including retail deep dives and segmentation work.

Experience and capabilities

  • Bring 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial functions, ideally with a strong background in retail analytics or business intelligence and analysis.
  • Prior exposure to luxury or premium retail will be an added advantage.
  • Experience building and using dashboards is important; familiarity with Looker is especially valuable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work effectively across markets in a regional or matrix structure.
  • Ability to interpret analytical findings in a commercial context and connect them to broader strategic implications.
  • Self-driven approach with strong ownership, prioritization skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presentations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
