Role overview
This position focuses on developing and sustaining strong relationships with celebrities, talent representatives, stylists, and internal stakeholders. The goal is to support high-impact talent engagement across events, campaigns, and cultural initiatives while protecting the brand’s image and strengthening desirability.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the North America and HQ celebrity teams to identify and engage notable talent and performers in a strategic and creative way for events and campaigns, with an emphasis on representing diverse and creative communities.
- Partner with the Director on negotiating and structuring contracts for HQ and North American talent ambassadors and related projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments on requests tied to North American celebrity involvement in projects and events.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal and external partners for corporate programs, including the Venice Film Festival, Cartier Women’s Initiative, and arts and culture activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in celebrity relations or public relations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
