Role Overview

• Engage potential clients through various digital marketing channels
• Handle inquiries and perform information-focused sales interviews without cold calls or hard selling
• Assess client suitability for eLearning products and live programs
• Maintain organized follow-up and communication with clients
• Participate in weekly virtual training sessions for development

Required Skills and Attributes

• At least 7 years of experience in recruitment or related fields such as talent acquisition, sales, coaching, or online business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to evaluate suitable candidates
• Familiarity with remote working tools, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM or similar tracking software
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset and high self-motivation
