Role Overview

This opportunity is aimed at an accomplished Customer Success Manager or Program Manager who is ready for a new direction and wants to build on a strong track record in team leadership and delivery. It is designed for professionals who have handled increasing responsibility, yet are seeking more growth, autonomy, and alignment between work, income potential, and personal goals outside the standard corporate 9-to-5 model.

This is an independent, performance-oriented role rather than a conventional salaried position.

What You Bring

  • A strong customer-first approach with the ability to drive a positive end-to-end client experience.
  • Hands-on experience building relationships and maintaining engagement with partners or clients.
  • Clear and effective written as well as verbal communication.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setup, with solid planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Useful background in online education, coaching, personal development, or SaaS customer success.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms, virtual meeting tools, and basic productivity applications.
  • An interest in personal growth, entrepreneurship, or career change is considered a strong advantage.
