Role Overview
This role is for a commercially focused recruitment professional to join the Engineering and Executive Leadership practice. It goes beyond standard hiring work and centers on partnering with senior business stakeholders, shaping hiring strategy, and building relationships with high-calibre candidates and clients.
The opportunity is suitable for people with recruitment experience as well as those coming from sales or other client-facing backgrounds who want to build a long-term career with strong earning potential.
What You Will Do
- Develop new business by building relationships with decision-makers, identifying hiring needs, and growing existing accounts.
- Handle executive search and talent mapping by identifying, approaching, and engaging strong candidates through headhunting and market networking.
- Run the recruitment cycle end to end, including client briefing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and successful placement.
- Provide market intelligence to clients, including salary guidance, hiring trends, competitor activity, and talent availability.
- Build a robust professional network and act as a trusted advisor to both employers and jobseekers.
