Key Responsibilities

Take accountability for the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing business development, client relationship management, and deal closure. Utilize your existing network and sophisticated resources to form strong connections, grasp client requirements, and make strategic recruitment decisions that enhance your success and income.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment or a related sales domain, with 360-degree agency recruitment preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• High emotional intelligence to adeptly interpret situations and individuals.
• A sales-oriented mindset coupled with ambition, with motivation to capitalize on uncapped commission earnings.
