Role Overview

Due to increasing demand from clients in the Cairns region, we offer a full-time remote Account Manager position. This role involves supporting our established client base and expanding our network. The position is fast-paced and requires agility, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service, while benefiting from ongoing training, mentoring, and team collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate independently managing a portfolio of clients and workers.
• Maintain frequent engagement with local clients through visits.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business and enhance market presence.
• Develop strong connections with candidates, particularly in blue-collar sectors.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to placement.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support injured workers by liaising with clients and coordinating return-to-work efforts.
• Conduct site inspections and facilitate toolbox talks.
• Maintain open communication with the team while working remotely.
• Exemplify flexibility, resilience, sound judgement, and effective communication with clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1-2 years’ recruitment experience in blue-collar industries.
• Proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
• Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Persistent, resilient, and results-focused mindset with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
