Role Overview

We seek a motivated Recruitment Consultant eager to take full ownership of a contract desk, develop your own client portfolio, craft strategic market approaches, and build a sustainable career within a supportive recruitment business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing and expanding a contract desk in your chosen market.
  • Proactively acquiring new clients through targeted business development and relationship management.
  • Handling the complete contract recruitment process from initial client briefings to candidate placements.
  • Identifying, assessing, and placing contracted professionals effectively.
  • Nurturing enduring connections with contractors and hiring managers to ensure ongoing success.
  • Contributing to business growth with potential opportunities to lead and mentor a team in the future.

What We Seek

  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant; experience in technology recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability or strong enthusiasm for generating new business opportunities.
  • A resilient, goal-oriented, and commercially aware mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial approach comfortable with autonomy, accountability, and ownership.
  • Ambitious individuals motivated to establish a meaningful, long-term career.
