Overview
A prominent consulting organization is looking to hire a Recruiting Specialist for their Riyadh office. This position suits a recruitment expert who excels in coordination, communication, and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, while focusing on providing an outstanding experience for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between job applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and ensure timely updates throughout the recruitment stages.
- Assist with recruitment operations from the interview phase through to onboarding.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of recruitment activities, trackers, and all hiring-related paperwork.
- Support internship recruitment drives and various hiring campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless and positive process for candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Preferred HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support roles.
- Proficient English communication abilities.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
