About the Role
This is a full-time Recruiter position based at the headquarters in Raunheim, Germany. The role is centered on recruitment operations and personnel placement for production and logistics assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting appropriate talent, while also handling temporary staffing arrangements. In addition, the position includes supporting new customer acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing clients to maintain a reliable pipeline of qualified workers. Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end recruiting for production, logistics, and temporary staffing roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Win new clients for temporary staffing services and help grow relationships with current customers.
- Plan and coordinate workforce deployment by assigning suitable candidates to operational needs and roles.
- Prepare quotations, candidate summaries, and employment agreements for employee leasing arrangements.
- Keep the candidate database in Softgarden current and build a talent pool for future hiring requirements.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with employees, internal teams, prospects, and clients to keep recruitment and staffing activities running smoothly.
Requirements
- A commercial background, such as an apprenticeship or a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Professional experience in recruiting is preferred, especially from staffing agencies or in-house HR teams.
- Career changers with a strong interest in talent acquisition are also welcome.
- Willingness to travel to different sites and client locations.
- Strong interest in sourcing talent, good interpersonal skills, and a structured, outcome-driven way of working.
- Confidence using recruiting systems such as Softgarden or Recruitee.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
