Qualifications

- Good knowledge of banking systems, internet banking platforms, and cybersecurity practices is needed.
- You should be able to analyze issues well and resolve technical problems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, especially for explaining technical matters to non-technical audiences.
- The role requires someone who can cooperate effectively in a busy environment while balancing several tasks at once.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance expectations related to digital banking is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve digital banking platform performance while maintaining uptime and security.
- Partner with product teams to design new features and refine existing ones using customer insights and market developments.
- Track system condition and apply updates, fixes, and security controls to protect customer information and transactions.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to resolve user issues in a timely manner.
- Carry out routine reviews and checks to confirm adherence to banking rules and security requirements.
- Support the rollout and planning of digital transformation projects across the organization.
- Keep up with new developments in digital banking and recommend useful, innovative improvements.
- Help train and onboard new employees on digital banking tools, workflows, and procedures.
