Role Summary

This position is for an energetic and eager recruiter who will support hiring efforts for the agency. Key Duties

• Identify and engage potential candidates using channels such as professional networks, job portals, social platforms, and referrals.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep recruitment records up to date, including progress notes at each stage of the hiring process.
• Support new hire onboarding and prepare the required paperwork and documentation.
• Handle other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of a diploma in any discipline is required.

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
