The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter who excels in dynamic environments and possesses a strong aptitude for rapidly acquiring knowledge in new industries. The ideal candidate is inherently curious, adept at asking insightful questions, and can fluidly interact with both industry professionals and senior executives. This role offers the flexibility to work across various sectors, with success driven by adaptability and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new domains. This position is part of a growing division within an established company, with career progression directly linked to performance and close collaboration with executive leadership.

What You'll Do

• Manage and execute recruitment searches across diverse industries and job types, even those outside your previous experience.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through strategic outreach and networking initiatives.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and manage interview scheduling processes.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to gain a deep understanding of role specifications, client company culture, and prevailing market conditions.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely, empathetic, and insightful communication, and by consistently following through on commitments.
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with a wide range of candidates.

Must-Haves

• A minimum of 4 years of direct placement recruiting experience, preferably spanning multiple industries or functional areas relevant to our client base.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly become proficient in unfamiliar roles or industries.
• A naturally inquisitive mindset, with a talent for asking probing questions to uncover both candidate and client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, from skilled trades to executive leadership.
• A consultative approach to recruiting, viewing it as a strategic partnership rather than a purely transactional activity.
• Proven skills in relationship building and a steadfast commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and databases (e.g., Indeed, Monster), along with a solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Bullhorn.
• High personal standards for work quality and a self-driven commitment to continuous improvement.
• The focus, consistency, and maturity required to work effectively in a remote setting, including flexibility for occasional non-standard working hours to accommodate candidate schedules.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience recruiting for both hourly/field positions and professional/executive roles.
• Previous experience in an agency setting serving a variety of client types or industries.
• A track record of successfully and rapidly adapting to new markets or industry verticals.
• Familiarity with both contingent and retained search methodologies.
• Prior experience in a fully remote, performance-driven role.
• Direct experience utilizing Bullhorn as your primary ATS.

Compensation Details

The compensation package includes a base salary of $50,000, plus a 10% commission. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year are projected to be between $100,000 and $200,000.
