Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Recruiter to manage the comprehensive talent acquisition process remotely. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and evaluating candidates to foster Recharge City's growth within the sharing economy. Responsibilities include sourcing talent through diverse online channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the Recruiter will develop job descriptions, enhance recruitment strategies, and maintain detailed records within the applicant tracking system. Collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and contributing to a positive and inclusive hiring environment is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Expertise in using online sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software and fundamental HR documentation procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey job opportunities and company values.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
  • Experience recruiting for startups, technology companies, or sharing economy sectors is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

The role offers a yearly base salary ranging from $30,000 to $54,000, including performance-based bonuses.
