Role Summary
This remote, full-time position is focused on end-to-end recruitment support for Recharge City’s continued expansion in the sharing economy sector. The Recruiter will handle sourcing, outreach, screening, and interview coordination, while also partnering with hiring managers to keep the selection process moving smoothly. The role includes building job listings, improving hiring approaches, keeping candidate information up to date in the ATS, and helping create a positive, inclusive experience for applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring cycle, from initial candidate search through interview coordination and offer support.
- Find candidates through online channels such as job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess fit for open positions.
- Work with hiring managers and other internal teams to understand staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Draft and refine job advertisements to attract the right talent.
- Keep candidate records accurate and organized within the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support hiring practices that contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to use online sourcing channels effectively, including job boards, social media, professional communities, and referrals.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and standard HR documentation/processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company and its opportunities clearly.
- Good planning and time management skills, especially when handling several open roles and competing deadlines.
- Background recruiting for startups, technology businesses, or sharing-economy companies is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
