Role Overview
Tesla is hiring a Recruiter for its General & Administrative (G&A) teams. In this role, you will work closely with internal partners to find, engage, assess, and hire strong candidates who can help support Tesla’s mission. The position is based onsite in Palo Alto, California or Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future G&A hiring needs.
- Use a mix of sourcing tools and recruiting methods to identify high-quality candidates.
- Partner with sourcers, recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
- Stay current on recruiting workflows and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong ability to think creatively when filling challenging roles.
- Comfort working across both high-volume and highly specialized hiring requirements.
- Good awareness of labor market trends relevant to recruiting.
- Working knowledge of common G&A functions and skill sets.
- Strong capability in tracking data and managing recruiting workflows.
