We are hiring an ambitious trainee recruiter to join a fast-expanding office in Exeter City Centre. This is a sales-led recruitment position designed for someone who wants to develop quickly, earn strong commission, and build a long-term career in recruitment.
The role offers a starting salary of £28,000 plus commission, with promotion reviews every quarter. As the business continues to grow, there are real opportunities to move into senior, management, and leadership positions for people who perform well and are eager to learn.
