Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment end-to-end including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Utilize diverse sourcing techniques such as networking, recruitment platforms, headhunting, and direct candidate search to attract suitable applicants.
- Conduct research and candidate sourcing activities across different countries and talent pools.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate recruiting pipelines and data within applicant tracking systems.
- Assess resumes, organize interviews, evaluate candidates, and maintain timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, establish expectations, and support hiring decisions.
- Ensure all interview processes are structured and consistent across departments.
- Provide training and guidance on recruitment best practices to interviewers as needed.
- Support recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, adapting sourcing approaches based on business needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years recruitment experience, preferably with IT recruitment exposure.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complete full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer management.
- Familiarity with direct sourcing strategies, headhunting, and recruitment tools.
- Good understanding of the IT talent market and technical nomenclature.
- Experience recruiting for diverse positions, including finance, marketing, and legal areas beyond technical functions.
- Proven collaboration skills working with hiring managers to firm up job descriptions and recruitment methods.
- Proficient English communication skills (upper-intermediate level or higher), both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude for building trust among candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities, managing multiple open roles efficiently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with ability to adapt and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with iGaming hiring, closing non-IT roles, or sourcing candidates through industry events is a plus.
