4level1 delivers English language learning programs for adults and young adults, designed around CEFR standards used internationally. Its courses focus on practical communication skills that help learners perform better in academic, workplace, and everyday settings. The organization provides both online and in-person delivery, serving students across the Middle East remotely while also running face-to-face classes in Riyadh. Its mission is to build confidence, fluency, and effective English communication.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will oversee routine human resources operations to help maintain a supportive, compliant, and productive workplace. This position is based in the Riyadh Region and is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee records, as well as managing key employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.

Key Duties

  • Manage daily HR operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
  • Handle onboarding, probation monitoring, performance follow-up, and offboarding activities.
  • Support leave administration, employee benefits, and related queries.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with hiring logistics.
  • Keep HR systems and records accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to training coordination, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Work with management to support a positive employee experience and compliance with internal standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of core HR principles and practical experience in human resources management.
  • Ability to create, interpret, and apply HR policies in accordance with local labor rules and company standards.
  • Background in employee benefits administration with careful attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Well-developed organizational, recordkeeping, and HRIS/data management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with KSA or Riyadh-region labor regulations is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the education or training sector is beneficial.
