Role Overview
The HR Generalist will oversee routine human resources operations to help maintain a supportive, compliant, and productive workplace. This position is based in the Riyadh Region and is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee records, as well as managing key employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.
Key Duties
- Manage daily HR operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
- Handle onboarding, probation monitoring, performance follow-up, and offboarding activities.
- Support leave administration, employee benefits, and related queries.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with hiring logistics.
- Keep HR systems and records accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to training coordination, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Work with management to support a positive employee experience and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of core HR principles and practical experience in human resources management.
- Ability to create, interpret, and apply HR policies in accordance with local labor rules and company standards.
- Background in employee benefits administration with careful attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Well-developed organizational, recordkeeping, and HRIS/data management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with KSA or Riyadh-region labor regulations is an added advantage.
- Experience in the education or training sector is beneficial.
