Role overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to support corporate hiring for a leading client in a remote, US-based arrangement tied to Framingham, MA. This role is part of a staffing engagement and focuses on recruiting across business areas such as marketing, merchandising, accounting, and finance.
Compensation and schedule
- Hourly pay: $40.74
- Planned assignment length: 5.5 months, with a likely conversion at the end of that period
- Workload: 40 hours per week, with no overtime expected
- Work location: Remote
What the role involves
The position covers end-to-end recruiting, from intake discussions through offer acceptance. The recruiter will identify and attract candidates, screen and interview applicants, coordinate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, and help maintain strong talent pipelines for both direct-hire and contingent roles.
Core duties
- Own the full recruiting process from the initial requisition discussion through accepted offers
- Find and engage talent through LinkedIn and other specialized professional communities
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate fit and qualifications
- Work with hiring managers to shape job requirements and hiring plans
- Support a positive candidate journey throughout the process
- Prepare, present, and negotiate offers within compensation guidelines
- Keep pipeline data current and accurate in applicant tracking systems
- Support permanent and temporary hiring needs as needed
- Communicate the employer value proposition clearly to candidates
- Follow internal procedures and employment law requirements
Experience and qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting
- Background using professional networking tools and niche sourcing channels
- Strong sourcing capability, including Boolean search methods and passive candidate outreach
- Comfort using ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time in an organized way
- Working knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
Priority experience
- Corporate recruiting experience across functions such as marketing, merchandising, finance, and accounting
- Experience managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tell a strong employer story, engage candidates, and build relationships with hiring managers
- Demonstrated use of ATS platforms and deep sourcing skills, including Boolean searching, niche sourcing, and passive pipeline building
- Offer negotiation experience and the ability to influence hiring decisions when appropriate
- Comfort working in a remote recruiting setup with distributed stakeholders
