Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Product Change Manager focused on consumer packaged goods (CPG) commercialization work. The role supports end-to-end project delivery for a prominent client, with an hourly W2 rate of $46.
What You'll Do
- Own assigned commercialization initiatives from kickoff through completion, making sure timelines, scope, quality, and regulatory expectations are met.
- Drive the stage-gate process by organizing cross-functional readiness, preparing governance materials, and supporting leadership decisions at each checkpoint.
- Create and keep current detailed project plans, schedules, and risk logs.
- Coordinate collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory teams so deliverables stay aligned.
- Run stage-gate and project status meetings, and handle communications to keep stakeholders updated and engaged.
- Track project performance closely and take action early to reduce risks and resolve issues.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project execution, or product commercialization in FMCG or a related industry.
- Recent hands-on experience in consumer packaged goods is mandatory.
- Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the United States, now and in the future, without sponsorship.
