Overview

A staffing partner is hiring a Marketing Manager for a remote, long-term assignment with a major client. The role focuses on leading digital creative initiatives, coordinating resources, and keeping projects moving smoothly across teams.

Assignment Details

  • Pay: $58.89 per hour on W2 only
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Assignment length: 12+ months, with potential for extension or conversion depending on performance and budget

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will guide digital creative work from planning through delivery, while managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional partners. You’ll also help maintain collaboration across a diverse team and support relationships with stakeholders in a large organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • If you do not hold a degree, a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency setting will be considered.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional team members with professionalism, integrity, and the ability to motivate others toward shared goals.
  • Background in leading digital creative projects and managing resources for an advertising agency, either in-house or external.
  • At least 3 years of experience using project management software, with Workfront preferred.

Preferred Strengths

  • Strong understanding of digital creative workflows and how they connect with project management.
  • Comfort working within large, complex organizations and building access to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate internal processes effectively.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
