About the Role

Locate is an AI-driven commercial real estate company that helps growing brick-and-mortar brands make better expansion decisions. By analyzing actual consumer behavior, the team supports smarter site selection, faster lease execution, and end-to-end tenant representation for multi-location consumer businesses across the country.

This opening is for a Transaction Manager who will support national clients as part of a streamlined, highly autonomous team. The role involves coordinating resources, driving lease execution, leading site acquisition efforts, handling renewals, and managing dispositions for corporate clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong client relationships and continue strengthening them over time.
  • Oversee real estate transaction work from organization and coordination through delivery and reporting.
  • Guide and monitor field brokers so that deliverables and outcomes meet expectations.
  • Keep both client-facing and internal deadlines on track and completed promptly.
  • Work across client systems and Locate’s internal software to manage the real estate workflow effectively.
  • Partner closely with client management teams to align execution with business needs.
  • Ensure transaction processes follow client policies and quality standards.
  • Create and deliver written and verbal presentations along with strategic plans.
  • Measure and communicate occupancy savings and the value delivered to the client.
  • Prepare clear project trackers, financial reports, and financial analyses.
  • Operate effectively within corporate structures and adjust approach to match each client’s culture.
  • Use leadership and relationship-building skills to move work forward.
  • Quickly learn and apply new technology, including AI-enabled workflows, in day-to-day work.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, transaction management, lease administration, or a closely related area. A valid real estate license is required, along with hands-on experience negotiating real estate deal terms. This position also calls for someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment, embraces new technology, and is willing to own results with minimal supervision.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
