About the Role
Locate is hiring a Transaction Manager to support national clients in a lean, highly independent team environment. The role centers on coordinating resources, driving lease execution, leading site acquisition work, handling renewals, and carrying out dispositions for corporate accounts.

Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and continue strengthening them over time.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate transactions and report progress clearly.
- Supervise and guide field brokers to ensure quality execution and proper deliverables.
- Meet both client-facing and internal deadlines consistently.
- Use client platforms, real estate tools, and Locate’s proprietary systems effectively.
- Work closely with client management teams to align on goals and execution.
- Ensure transactional work follows client policies and quality expectations.
- Create and present strategic plans and written or verbal updates.
- Measure and communicate occupancy savings and other value created for the client.
- Prepare accurate tracking documents, financial reports, and analytical summaries.
- Understand corporate organizational structures and adjust to each client’s culture.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Adopt new technology quickly and apply AI-based workflows in day-to-day work.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, transaction management, lease administration, or a related area.
- A valid real estate license is required.
- Experience negotiating real estate deal terms is required.
- Comfort working with new systems, technology, and AI-first workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup-style environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-management skills.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is an onsite full-time role based in Nevada, United States.
The position is designed for a self-directed professional who can operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and support corporate clients across multiple transaction activities.
