About the company

Huspy was founded in August 2020 and began as a digital mortgage platform before growing into one of the largest proptech companies across the EMEA region. With backing from investors including Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, the business has expanded quickly and now operates from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia. Its goal is to reshape real estate through a single super app that supports both agents and mortgage brokers.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with high-value clients and property developers to drive sales.
  • Support buyers throughout the property purchase journey, especially for luxury homes, by offering guidance and practical advice.
  • Track current market movements, new projects, and available listings so you can share timely insights.
  • Use market knowledge to provide clients with clear, accurate, and useful information.
  • Ask happy clients for referrals to help grow the customer base.
  • Work closely with the wider team to meet both individual and collective sales goals.

What we are looking for

  • At least 6 months of real estate experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi, along with solid understanding of the local market.
  • Strong ability in interpersonal communication, negotiation, customer service, and presentations.
  • Self-driven attitude with the ability to perform independently as well as contribute to a team.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is required.
  • Ability to keep up with market trends, new developments, and property inventory to provide relevant client advice.
  • Comfort with generating referrals from existing satisfied customers.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
