What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and major real estate developers to support sales growth.
- Support buyers throughout the property purchase journey by offering informed guidance and practical advice.
- Track new launches, market movement, and industry updates so you can stay well informed.
- Use your understanding of the market to share timely, accurate, and useful insights with clients.
- Tap into your professional network and encourage referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Work closely with a high-performing team to help achieve and surpass both personal and team targets.
What we are looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, along with strong local market knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer handling abilities.
- A self-driven attitude with the ability to perform well independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Interest in following market trends, new projects, and premium property listings.
- A proactive approach to generating referrals and building a wider network.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to use shared resources and expertise to deliver strong outcomes.
