Role overview

This position is based in Qatar and is centered on building the company’s local business footprint, strengthening strategic relationships, and supporting growth initiatives alongside internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support the local growth strategy and business plan.
• Spot and pursue new commercial opportunities in the market.
• Take ownership of tendering activities and public procurement workflows.
• Oversee important client relationships and work to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Build and nurture connections with local partners and government-related entities.
• Coordinate effectively with international divisions and business units.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in business development or managerial positions.
• Solid hands-on experience with public procurement and tendering procedures.
• Strong capability in negotiation and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required; Spanish would be an added advantage.
